Title: Atmel AVRISP mkII

I was just wondering would the USB tinyISP AVR Programmer Kit (USB SpokePOV Dongle) http://www.adafruit.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=16&products_id=46 (http://www.adafruit.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=16&products_id=46)  be a good alternative from the Atmel AVRISP mkII. If not i was wondering does the 10 pin wire come with the Atmel AVRISP mkII or do i need to purchase it separately.
