Perhaps it's a robot halloween costume?  It is scary and it would make for a nice/weird/disturbing conversation piece at parties...

I think it's a concept model from an un-aired Gundam - Hello Kitty crossover TV series.  :P

Robots can be females too; its just they often scare us nerds and bring up unsettling images of "pleasure robots" [shutters].

Actress robots, Femisapien, now this.  I wonder what will be the next stereotypical female robot?

That's just a little model that stands just under 1ft tall. These gundam models have tons of features, like an inner skeleton and huge articulation range. Usual build time for the normal kit is about a month. I bet $100 you couldn't build the kit properly right from the instructions  ;)

But yes, if a robot looking like that ever set foot within 100 meters of my house, my automatic defensive guns would break it back down into the basic elements that compose its compounds :P
