Jeri Ellsworth and company are currently having a 555 design contest.
OK, while this isn't strictly Robotics, I thought some members here may be interested.
(Plus, many of the prizes can be used in robotic applications ;D)
Forrest M. Mims and Hans Camenzind (the designer of the 555) are going to be two of the judges, so seems like it's getting big :)
