you need to provide more detail but from what i read and your diagram(needs some work) i  think you are asking...

you are trying to make a segway style personal transportation robot on tracks and you want to know what battery, motors you should use and if you can buy a premade balancing robot board or what type of programing you will need to do.

am i right?

okay so using my interpretation of what you asked.
- don't use tracks, you won't be able to find ones that bid premade and they are a hassle to make
- motors- you should use 2 wheel chair motors with gear box
- battery- you will need at least 1 12v battery however you should use 2 wired in parrel for longer life.
- premade circut- i don't think there is a premade circut available for this type of thing so you will need to wright your own code.

ok i have an idea could i use a laser pointer then mont 2 photovere sensorsso it would follow the red dot? if so that would be a lot easier than the joystick and there is the codes on this site.let me know what you think about it and critisize as much ass possible but dont get to technical cuase i am just a beginer.

you will need to learn C

next, this project seems to complex for you, (no offence) so start with the $50 robot then there is a tutorial on how to make it a balancing robot. from there you can work your way up to adding controls

ok i have an idea could i use a laser pointer then mont 2 photovere sensorsso it would follow the red dot

that won't work not enough light compared to the sun light
how ever how about this use your idea except mount the photocells inside the robot where it is dark then put 1 led in front on then and you can control the led from a control board

p.s. also work on your spelling there is a spell check at the bottom of the page when you post

word of advise don't work on too many big projects at once they are very time consuming and expensive

Hi,

I don't really see a point in putting tracks on a Segway - it sort of defies the entire balancing feature, which is the uniqueness of the Segway, since it would stand rock solid on tracks even without moving.
