I've made a circuit that returns either 0 volts or 5.25 volts, and i need the axon microcontroller to read the voltage using the analog I/O ports. Will 5.25V still be read on a 5V analog I/O port? Or do i need to reduce the voltage?(if so, how? I've already tried voltage regulators but they only give me 5.25 volts)

it will be read as 5v anything hiher than te reference voltage isalwaz read as the max voltage... u va drop the voltage by using appropriate series resistance

hmmmm I don't know where you found a 5.25V regulator but like 90% of all voltage regulators in the world are 5V. You should get a 5V regulator, as 5.25V will probably damage the ADC of the Axon.
Otherwise do a voltage divider.

I would prefer a resistor zener thing...
