I have no clue what a wheely bin is. take some windsheild wiper motors and attach them to some 12volt lead acid batteries. You will also need a speed controller www.vantec.com ones would be the best. As for steering just tilit and see if you get lucky.  :D

I'm making a not so educated guess that a wheely bin is a shopping cart.

If you actually want to ride on/in this you will need some pretty powerful motors, I would assume  something internal combustion like the lawnmower previously mentioned, the blade motor would be potentially dangerous to use and  but if you could find a decrepit ride-on somewhere you could basically just hack that to make it work. Theres probably a fair bit of money in something like that though.

I would assume you haven't had much mechanical experience but you would be best off getting an engine from somewhere and just modding it 2 fit. If you go 2 the dump or a wreckers or something you might be able to find a mower or small motor bike engine, I've typically found small engines are hard 2 get hold of but good luck neway!

maybe someone needs to visit the luny bin?  ;D

jk jk

but you'll need at least 5 hp for it. and a frame to mount the motor on.

what kind of budget do you have?

WHEELIE BIN

This topic should be TRASH CAN free!!!

From now on all SOR members should use "WHEELIE BIN"

If you cant read this...Don't bother

If you can

This shall be my last post because tomorrow the lovely people in white coats shall be around at my house

asking me questions about my childhood upbringing...

They say it's not nice to make people use different language

eg WHEELIE BIN

It's shorter to type "trash can" then "wheelie bin". 2 letters makes a big difference on how fast you type you know, lol. :D

Search for "go-kart" or "diy go-kart" that might give you some ideas for steering and such.
