my favorite was the flying Doraemon (a famous japanese robot cat) at -1:59

and maybe the speakers that had eyes . . . Im still young at heart ::)

The doraemon is incredible. It looks so heavy but it flies! Very good stuff.

The speakers with eyes are so cool

I think the air guitar is pretty nifty example of a rapidly maturing technology...

I liked the cabinet with the retro style robots!

Ive seen those parrots on sale this year, They speak when they detect movement but I couldnt see any sensors on them anywhere.

Also I have one of the Ipenguins that were briefly shown. He sits next to my Ifish :)

there was a robot exhibit at the Tokyo Big Sight (the inverted triangle building) while i was in Japan last year! too bad i read about the exhibit a day after the exhibit :(

that run-upside down truck is old, tyco made one of those in the 90's... i had one :p

Yeah, it's not that new of technology.  maybe a big wheel of servos all spinning at the same time in the same direction.  Now that'd be pretty awesome!  ;D
