Post by: Admin on February 14, 2011, 01:21:46 PM
I was hoping everyone with an Instructables account can give me a boost by voting for me here:

http://www.instructables.com/id/Voice-Control-Robot-in-7-Minutes/ (http://www.instructables.com/id/Voice-Control-Robot-in-7-Minutes/)

The voting lasts only 2 days for this contest, so please help asap! Also, in addition to voting, give it a 5 star rating if you like it :P

thanks everyone! :)

thanks guys! :D

> 8 years ago, you couldn't buy servos without servo mounts being included. So I still have a lot of mounts around.

The ones I linked look just like them, but I didn't buy from that link. Even so, I had to drill the holes wider to fit 4-40 screws, and file away parts of it so it can be flush with the servo. Always CAD it all up before buying to make sure dimensions match up. :P

When voting closes on Feb. 16 (11:59pm PST) the votes will help to determine the finalists. The top 10 entries in terms of votes will become finalists. In addition, another 10 finalists will be chosen by Instructables staff for a total of 20 finalists. When the finalists are chosen, they will be judged until Feb. 21 and winners will be announced shortly afterwards.

It's up to the judges from this point . . . fingers crossed! :D

Nice one John!!! Well done!!!

Membership tempting but not having something serious to post right now, there is no need...

Why give it away though? Could be useful... but we have SoR  :-*
