ideas to rock an arm, where i can buy a timer

hellow friend
i need to rock an arm but i want to do it in the most easy way
without a programinig in the computer and without built  electronic circuit
i think maybe a linear motor or a linear slider
i need more ideas
olso i seek a timer that work one minute and stop to one minute and this need to work non stop
like a loop

what do you mean by rock an arm?

swing back and forth?

As for timers , get a 555 timer ( search google) and adjust it for the timing you need

We need more details, like what is your application, your budget, experience, etc.

in this case the 555 timer is not what i need because i don't want to built an

i want the mose simple solution

That is extremely simple to do

search online for kits or just buy a digital timer

thanks digital timer is a very good solution for this problem.
i think olso the robotic kit will be a very good solution
but there is alot of robotics kits
maybe you know the name of the robotic kit that rock an arm
because i want to search in google but there are alot of robotics kits
or maybe you know where i can find this robotic kit
