Title: Self-Balancing Robot
Post by: anu_2k6 on October 03, 2013, 10:50:06 AM
Hi Guys,

So basically, I'm starting a new project at uni. Its the Self-Balancing Arduino Robot. I have to write a project brief with some basic information. Just wondering if anyone can help me out or gimme some ideas?

One of the questions I need to answer is

"Is there an intended user or group of users?  Why you think there is need for this project?  What needs does the project satisfy?"

Might be a bit stupid, but if anyone can give me some kind of an answer, it will be great as I just picked the project cause I was interested in it. I'm not sure if it has any 'intended user' or 'needs' as such?

Thanks a lot!

Well, are you making a toy for me to play with, or a self balancing, all terrain search and rescue robot?

I can't give you an answer because I don't know what you are building (beyond the fact that it will balance).  But if it's a "hobby"project, your intended user is a hobbyist.
