Hi,
I am trying to create a simple H-Bridge using 2x DC motors which I have procured (both simple 9V Lego technic PF medium motors) which each have a stall current of 850mA.
My understanding is that if I am choosing a MOSFET transistor driver chip I am required to choose one that can handle a larger current flow than this stall current.
My main confusion is knowing what current this refers to on IC datasheets as there are several e.g.
Input current
peak output current
continuous output current
power supply current
Could someone please point me in the right direction of which one I must ensure is larger than the stalled current?
Thanks
