Hello everyone,
I am having issues locating where to make the connections from my Xbee to my Axon II. It doesn't help either that this board has barely any documentation.
Tx > RX, Rx > Tx, etc. That is not my issue. I am having trouble locating these on my Xbee board.
There are some solder points on the board that look like this
VCC DOUT
DIN DSR
RESET RSSI
PWM 1 6KGD
SLEEP_RQ GND
My guess is that I need VCC (Voltage line), DIN (Rx), DOUT (Tx), and of course Gnd. Could someone confirm this? Also I dont know what voltage I need to supply.
Please help.
Thanks

Link to which board you're using so we can be certain in pointing you at the right holes.

Here is a picture. Maybe it will help even though the quality is awful.

Sounds like you have the right holes in mind. I'm not sure what voltage to use, either, but I didn't look too closely.
That's also a large complex board. If you're doing simple stuff the combination of these two boards might be easier and more straight-forward to work with.

I don't have much programming experience so would configuring and programming the parallax and trossen robotics board be that much easier than configuring this developmental board? Would it be worth the extra money to buy these boards?
