Hmm, I'm looking at their IR emitter selection and most of them have a unit price of around $.30 to $1.5 with a minimum quantity of 1.

LED's are easy to scrap from old electronics

The LED for the $50 Robot is only .19 cents . . .

anyway, TV remotes have IR LED's you can scrap . . . what do you plan to do with it?

i know that you don't like books that tell you how to build robots
(i read it some where)

but i found this book for making a all terrain rc robot with night vision and a cammera so i am trying to get all the parts togeather

the reason for the IR LEds is because only a camera can see then so it's perfect night vision

also there is only one IR LED in tv remotes and i need about 24

I think you read the post where I said I didn't like people posting pirated copies of books (that teach how to build robots) on this forum . . .


anyway, get your LED from mouser.com because they don't rip you off on shipping:
the infrared LED emitters they have can be bought for like $10 for 25 of them
