do you know how cruel and illegal that is?
the animal will not survive if you do this. that chipmunk is not going to live very long.

agreed this post is spam. but still, chipmonks will actually live awhile if kept in a cage, its legal to hunt them here in oregon USA, we catch them quite easy as there greedy little F*&@$^# if you take a fishing pole remove the hook and tie a peanut with shell to it you can fish for them this way, there so greedy they wont let go of the peanut until you grab them, they taste pretty good to, kabobs, and stew are just a few ways to cook them

that doesn't change the fact that this post is unneeded, if you wanted to say this, you could've replied to the other thread... there was no need to make a completely new thread, it just clogs up the forum.

it was in the news box not in a thread.

(I saw it myself - it was there)

If you think that threads are unecesarry, its best just to not reply to them. By replying you are just keeping the thread alive.

A few days ago I saw a recipe for a squirrel pie in a new-orleans cook book :)
I'll stay with jambalaya and gumbo though...

I'm not sure, but it's probably from "Best Of the Best from Louisiana, Vol. 1

The index on amazon does not mention it though. I am pretty sure that this was a two volume book, with a comb binding.
