Title: Small Racer has a Fuel Cell

A small racer car the size of your palm carries a fuel cell. Pretty neat.

If they can only embed the portable solar recharger directly on the car.

if the charger is seperate, then what's in the car? just caps and a motor?

Here's a little more information if you're curious. I'm not too much of a fan of it because it's not all one unit.
