Title: IBM 755cd thinkpad

Hello all. I recently picked up the above stated and with lack of documentation both physical and digital was wondering if anyone reading this had any information on it such as..
-How do I get to the physical hard drive not just caddy
-Is the HD just a standard IDE or something else?
-How much memory (HD) does the computer support?
 I am interested in upgrading this laptop as the case looks quite nice.
Also how does one get to the motherboard? and if accessible can I easily
upgrade the motherboard and still use the other components? (If so please name a model of mb)
