Its made to be simple enough for a child, and it's free. Don't let the 2D aspect fool you, it can still simulate quite a lot - including water. Just watch the videos.

I played around with it a bit and made something useful. It took like 20 minutes to learn and is really easy to use. I'll be using it more in the future to simulate robots.
