Title: Dual MC33926 Motor Driver Carrier with Arduino Uno
Post by: brentbitler on November 03, 2013, 09:13:01 PM
I am trying to use the Dual MC33926 Motor Driver Carrier with the Arduino Uno but I honestly have no idea where to start with making any connections. I am trying to power two thrusters, but can't find any schematics to follow. I tried looking through the data sheets, but I couldn't make any sense of them and many other websites led to this: Pololu Dual MC33926 Motor Driver Shield for Arduino. If anyone could help out that would be great! Thank you!

Where did you buy the carrier? Doesn't that place have instructions?

Most motor drivers require a few connections:

1) Motor power in + and -; - is sometimes also referenced to logic ground
2) logic ground
3) logic direction
4) logic enable (PWM goes here, usually)
5) perhaps logic enable
6) Actual motor output "+" and "-" (although that will switch for reverse.)
