Title: CHR-6D Inertial Measurement Unit
Post by: jzaun on December 13, 2009, 05:22:32 PM
I'm looking for a IMU. I found this one:

http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/1263 (http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/1263)

Any opinions? has anyone used this IMU? The price seems really good from what other IMUs seem to cost so I'm a bit skeptical.

The accelerometer is from analog devices if I'm not mistaken, best in analog products and Mem,

The gyros must be from ST, another I can trust company, so yeah if these fit your measurement area,
it's a  very good choice for it's price keeping in mind that gyros cost about 30 dollars (if I remember right) or so a piece...

So I say, why not... ;)
