where is the best and cheapest place to get a 2ch reciver and transmitter?

i don't need a crystal

ya but you need a microcontroller to separate the frequency's.

also can anyone refer me to a good transmitter and receiver that works under water about 5 feet 4ch preferably

buy one of those toy RC submarines that operate at 27Mhz, the remote control signal goes about that deep
