Store Bought Sharp Range (Modded) Need Consult
« on: September 26, 2007, 09:11:59 PM »
I got another post going on but my question here is.... I want to get that mounted onto a servo so I can mount module onto robot to scan for objects or obsticle and avoid. This servo will move actively like the fast robot on this site. Will this sensor work with the mod? Will it be easier to use and program. I am using a PICmicro microprocessor.... exact model I'll know tommorrow.

Everything you need to know can be found here:
http://www.societyofrobots.com/sensors_sharpirrange.shtml

It has a video showing you how I mounted it, and a bunch of various robots using it with source code for you to download.
