I am new to robot and want to start now. Is there anyone can recommend me what should I do first?
Buy an assemble kit or read some reference?

My first post, so welcome to everybody :)

Read, read, read! $50 Robot tutorial is a very good place to start. It's much more fun to build something by yourself (not with assemble kit), but it's also much more difficult and time consuming if you are completely new to electronics.

I think it's about USD 600. I don't know. You can suggest some for me.

One of the best kits out there to get started in robotics is the Parallax BOEbot.... www.parallax.com

Some additional kit suggestions:
1. Asuro: small, cheap, simple, soldering required
2. RP6 Robot: very nice robust platform (I've got one myself)
3. Lego Mindstorms NXT: nice if you don't have/want knowledge about electronics, this is the most expensive however.

That's a very nice budget.
If you want a two legged robot you can search for "humanoid" robots.
