Im wonderind if each one of theese motor controllers: http://www.pololu.com/products/pololu/#motocon (http://www.pololu.com/products/pololu/#motocon)
Needs a software to program them?

No.  You interface one of these things with a microcontroller, and you program the microcontroller.

Sotu, I repeat my recommendation--you ought to start with a kit.

No.  You need a microcontroller in the circuit with the motor controller.  The microcontroller speaks with the motor controller to tell what the motors do.

Agreed.

Here are some robot kits that are fun, and will teach you a lot.  I built one and learned plenty from them.  They are very neat in operation also.  A kit will teach you most of the basics you need to know.

I'm going to order a robot kit and a kit where u learn how to make eletric circuit cards. Im waiting for them to get them in, so i can order them.
Im going to order theese 2 kits: http://www.pololu.com/products/elenco/0301/big_view.html (http://www.pololu.com/products/elenco/0301/big_view.html)   AND    http://www.pololu.com/products/elenco/0321/big_view.html (http://www.pololu.com/products/elenco/0321/big_view.html)

Wonderful job! ;D

Those should give you the start you need instead of blindly asking.  You'll learn quite a bit if you take the time to know what the circuitry is doing.  Don't just build, but learn.
