The drag/drop software is called WebbotLib, and it also works for the Arduino.

If WebbotLib doesn't list the board then you will to create a definition for it in Board Designer. Which you can do for any AVR 8 bit processor. Once you've done the Board Design then you can use it in Project Designer.

Yes, that will work. You will need to also buy a hardware ISP programmer to change the program on it, if you don't already own one. You will also need to buy a RS-232 to USB adapter, if your computer doesn't support RS-232.

After you write your program on your computer, you will need to put that program onto your microcontroller. If the microcontroller does not have a bootloader (such as the Arduino and the Axon), then you must buy a hardware programmer to do it. :P

Rhino Robot Control Board ATMega16
Can be programmed via USB through bootloader
Flash Memory 16KB
Rs.1,950 Only

Roboduino ATMega168 (Based on Arduino Diecimila)
Flash Memory 16KB
Rs.850 Only

ATMega128 Rapid Robot Controller Board
Flash Memory 128KB
Rs.1,750 Only

Both ATMega168 and ATMega128 supported by webbotlib.

Roboduino ATMega168 can be program with Arduino IDE but you need expansion board to connect the Servo.

ATMega128 Rapid Robot Controller Board had build in Servo connectors.

If you need the extra program space and build in functions then you can go for ATMega128 Rapid Robot Controller Board.
If you need cheapest option then go for Roboduino ATMega168.

As it is not a popular board, you'd have to make your own. It's not that hard, actually. Just open up Board Designer and play around with it.

No idea. Their only datasheet is a dead link: http://www.robokits.co.in/documentation/ATMega128_Robot_Board.pdf

You should email them.
