Our robotic fish design. We developed a remote-controlled robotic fish. 
Firat University in Turkey.
It can swim like a real fish. It consist of 4-joint flapping mechanism and has two sensors to avoid the obstacles. Lastly, it has a CCD Camera to send video information to the personal computer..

What do you think about it? i need your suggestions.:) we have a little problem. we need to waterproof flexible skin to
cover the flexible posterior fin mechanism.

I have no idea at all about what you would use to make your flexible posterior fin mechanism waterproof, but your robot is very very good. Nice job :)
