WebbotLib Project Designer GUI (alpha)
« on: February 07, 2010, 10:37:07 PM »
I'm glad to announce that the first alpha version of this software is now available, for free, to all.

See http://webbot.org.uk/iPoint/37.page for instructions and downloads.

Currently supported boards include: Axon II, Axon, Roboduino, Baby Orangutan B328, and various $50 robot boards.

If you have other requirements then let me know and if there is overwhelming support then I may add a new board to the library for free.

But if you have designed a custom board: either as a supplier or as a hobbyist then I do have a  Board Designer application to allow you to create a custom board design which you can publish via your website for Project Designers to use.

This service is not available for free to everyone as I don't want the menu system clogged with 'John Doe' and 'Fred Bloggs' versions of the $50 robot - neither of which will be used by anyone other than the author.

I will therefore be charging a nominal fee for access to this Board Designer software. If you are interested then please contact me at http://webbot.org.uk/iPoint/39.page

Should beta testers (and now regular folk as well) use this thread to report bugs?

Its alpha, definitely just email him for now. Probably for beta, too.
