Title: wireless robot - help pls!!

    I'm trying to built a robot that I want to control from a computer through the internet via wireless.basicly I want to connnect to a wireless router through the internet and access the wireless router on my robot.
    Can you tell me please if you know some artcles regarding this subject, and I would really want to know what kind of wireless router should I use on my robot so the the connection whould work.

first off please do some searching. Secondly it will be quite complex to do but still doable. it should help you out some and it has a parts list with basic this plugs into this kinda help.

a friend of mine built a wifi controlled robot...but not through internet...it was controlled via laptop wifi directly connected to the router  mounted on the robot,....if you want to do that, i may be able to help out...! :-\

If money is not an issue. The SBC from www.phidgets.com (http://www.phidgets.com) does it all.

Sound like what I'm building just find yourself a cheap old desktop computer and uses the serial port and parallel port to control the motors , I'm using wireless cellphone internet to control mine.
