Is there a micro-controller involved

Hey,
I have a solar light
The more it goes into light, it fades away.
The more you move it into darkness, it lights up

I want to know that is there a micro controller working in it.
Or it is just a sensor

I think an electronic circuit is sufficient to do that. A photoresistor connected to the light or something like that.
