- this link provided me a lot of ideas but i want to make my own track system(home built) and im planning to make it using aluminum. how long will it take to create a 7ft track X 2 ?

I recommend designing and testing just one part of the track, then getting them all CNC'ed at a professional shop.

Or just build one link, and by timing yourself you can calculate how much time it would take to make them all.

You could also probably get them laser cut out of plastic for about $5-$10 a part, depending on size.

this will cost me about $50-70 in the place where i live... :'(

I have a friend who works in a University Shop in which iam also granted access for their tools, so that is why im planning to make my own track system..


thanks for the suggestions, probably i will start with plastic cuts
