PWM possible?
« on: August 30, 2007, 06:12:59 PM »

I have the L298, is it possible to just program my ?C to give a PWM-ed signal to the input of the L298?
Will the L298 be able to handle that?

And is it possible to use PWM with any motor driver IC ?

Yes. Just make sure you dont go into some super high frequencies if your IC cannot handle it.
About 10kHz is good for most of IC i think.
