$50 Robot; Servo Hex File Question.

I'm using the AVR MkII programmer with AVR Studio with the Atmega328p. The software for the 50 dollar robot uploads to the chip successfully but when I tried to upload the hex file that was provided in the servo tutorial, AVR Studio tells me "ISP frequency must be 5 kHz or above when programming EEPROM or FLASH". So I suppose my question is what should I set the ISP frequency at? It's currently set at 1.049kHz.

Edit: Nevermind, I figured out what I was doing wrong, I needed to set it to 125 kHz as airman00's tutorial said, and I needed to charge my batteries again. :-\ Sorry for the spam.

Well, it just needs to be 1/4th your clock frequency.

Your Atmega328p should be 1MHz by default, so that'll be 250kHz. By playing with fuses you can get the clock to 8MHz (but of course, DO NOT change fuses unless you know what you are doing).
