is it possible to directly receive live video feed from the blackfin camera using the myVu personal media viewer? it's like telepresence but we don't know how to forward the images from the blackfin camera to the head mounted device we're making..

Which myVu model are you using? From their website I can see many different ones.

OK,
I don't think you can directly get composite output (the red, white and yellow connectors for a TV) from the Blackfin board, which means that you would need some kind of external processor to convert the Blackfin's output to a composite video signal, which the myvu glasses expect.

can a computer software do that? processing the video and forwarding it to a usb port which would yield composite output for the myvu? is it possible that way?

The best option would be to convert the blackfin's video out to the NTSC protocol (or PAL depending on your location) and send it to the myVu via RCA cables.
You'll need a microcontroller to do this if you want it to be portable/small.

our main problem is forwarding the video sent by the blackfin camera via wifi to the user's head mounted display which is the myVu glasses...
so what I'm looking for is the possibility of sending the video from the camera to the laptop then from the laptop to the glasses, and I am completely clueless on how to do it...
