Need collision detection circuit help!

I’m Building an autonomous mobile robot using a Basic Stamp module and differential drive and I need to build a collision detection circuit. Does any one have a circuit using this  techniques interfacing it to a Basic Stamp II?

Check the page on sensors. Half the links have collision avoidance sensor tutorials.
