SLA Battery connector

So I bought this battery:



And it came with a nut, two washers, and a screw. What I did was put the 10 gauge wire in between the screw-washer-and nut, and screwed the nut in very tightly, then wrapped it all in a layer of duct tape to avoid shorts.

What I am wondering is, is there an easier way to do this?

Solder the wire to the terminal, epoxy over it and toss a molex connector on the end, I guess.

Just crimp/solder on an auto ring terminal like this:

I second the ring connector suggestion.

Bolt, locknut, wingnut. locknut keps bolt in place when you remove wingnut.

Make dam around connection. pour in Crisco. Crisco hardens. when you need access more than you need insulation, hot water melts the crisco.
