Did you try a common light dimmer?
In case it runs, but runs erratically, a circuit with a constant(*) gate drive may cure it (as voltage and current is out of phase), but I'd assume a universal motor like in an electric handheld (wired) drill and I have made several speed controllers for drills with, what is in essence a light dimmer circuit.

Mind you, when you slow it down this way, you loose some torque.
If you want to keep the torque, you are in for a much more involved circuit.

Did your answer will work for AC inductive motor ?

All (electric) motors are inductive, so I'm not sure what you mean?

Do you have an electronic circuit ?

For a much simpler solution, that may be even better in your case (1 dimmed speed), wire a mains lamp socket in series with the motor (switched to be able to go full speed of course) and experiment with lamp wattages to find the speed you need (a 100W may be a good start).
Lamps should be the regular oldfashioned "glowlamp" type, fluorescent lamps won't work.

If the speed is too low, use a larger lamp (or even an electric kettle (with water), a plain old clothes iron with the thermostat blocked in ON position (with a kind of screening for the [smaller] heat evolved).

Whatever route you choose, be carefull, this stuff can kill you 10 times over.
