how to control motor using AT89S52??

I want to control motor using one AT89S52 and two rotary encoder...

Why are you using the AT89S52?
Which part are you having trouble with? Programming? Wiring?
dont forget to look at the datasheet for specific questions:
http://www.keil.com/dd/docs/datashts/atmel/at89s52_ds.pdf
which encoders are you using? what motor type?
You will need to attach the encoders to a hardware interrupt on the microcontroller . . .
