50$ robot photovore code

Out of curiosity why does the code have LED_off()//turn LED on  ?

It doesnt seem to make sense of off is on, or is that just a typo?

a typo . . . I think I did that back when I was testing stuff, or perhaps when I updated the code but not the comments . . .
