LV-Maxsonar EZ0-------urgent Help needed

Hi!
Can anyone plz tell me the function of Rx pin in LVMaxsonar EZ0.

I think it can be used to trigger the EZ0. Will it take 100ms every time i triggerthe sensor or 100ms for the first time when power up and 49ms every other time I trigger it.

Plz do reply. Its urgent. I am in trouble.

well Rx means recieving and tx means transmitting
