URGENT..need to order..

i need to get this MCU:

i don't know how to input code to mcu's ..but i think this kit that comes along with the product in the following link is to be used..
i want to know if the MCU included with the kit is same as the one in the above link...

i also see this development board in futurlec's site..

it has rs232..i think i can use that for bluetooth rc from my pc..i'm not sure..help guys?..i'm clueless..
