50$ Robot Modification
«

Hello!
On "50$ Robot", I want to know if I can replace the servos by 2-8 volts motors. The servos are very expensive, and I live in Portugal, so the things are a Little bit expenses, and I can't buy them. Thanks!

DC motors need extra motor drivers but servos have drivers built in

So, I can't use motors instead of servos, neither changing the connections?

no you cant just switch a motor for a servo or vice versa .
Get the servo and just take care of it so that you can reuse it on your robots later on
