I built the $50 robot circuit unfortunately, it does not seem to function in any way, the
red LED never lights, nor can i program it, Here is the schematics of my robot circuit.

Please look at it, and tell me if you see anything wrong.
Thx

With just a quick glance I didn't see anything wrong with your drawing. Do you have access to a multimeter? If you do you should check to ensure that you don't have any unwanted solder connections. Pay special attention to ensure that power and ground never connect directly. Verify that you have power at your voltage regulator it's possible it's installed backwards.

I looked at the circuit again, and i noticed that the linear regulator was not producing any power at all.
I then went through some mock tests, using the linear regulator, and i realize it only functions in certain
circuits. Anyone know how to properly get the linear regulator to function properly?

Is it backwards? That is the only reason I can think of that it wouldn't regulate power if power was applied.

Sorry, no can do. I took the entire circuit apart.
I am testing all the pieces separately, and planning to reassemble them
soon.
If you have a breadboard, try testing out the linear regulator, maybe you
can find something that i'm missing.
