List your favorite ROBOT movies

Hello forum,

The idea is to make a list of the best robot films of all time, it doesn't matter the year, country or language they were made in. Let's try to keep this "non-redundant" we wouldn't want 100 entries saying Terminator 2  :D .

Star Wars saga

Virus

Westworld

Batteries not included
Short circuit

Bicentennial man
Artificial Intelligence
Metropolis

Metal Slug 2:
Here are a few that I like:

Transformers (first was good, second: plot-less)
Wall-E
The Terminator series

Can we count the Star Wars movies? I mean we cant forget about R2D2, C-3PO, or the droids! =).

Of course, we can't forget they're some of the first robot hall-of-famers!!
