WinAVR installation problems

hi im new here, i tried installing the winavr ver 4.17 but it does not. i keep gettin error msg

same thing with windows xp as well.. so wut do i do here? ?:$

Do you mean AVR Studio?

Did you install the correct version before installing service packs?
