i made my chassis but i need the circuit and code for pic microcontroller cause i have oic programmer and there's no time to learn c

Then we can safely assume that you're screwed for this exam (which is fine by me, as nobody should get their exam on stuff copied from other people).
Was that soon enough?   ;)

A rather fast and fairly heavy robot with quite large wheels needs what? A lot of power?
