Tutor for a couple of hours please ! Need to finish my project.

Can any of the brains in this list spare a couple of hours to help me finish a project. I will be very happy to pay or sing or wash dishes for it!
The problem:
1. I am controlling what is basically a car seat with actuators but can be enhanced for disabled etc.
2. It is already set up in Axon in Project Designer.
3. It needs a few lines of code to read 3 rocker switches and 6 limit switches in a loop and set output pins.
4. One output pin needs a pulse stream of about 500Hz.
