setup

got some qrd114 sensors, and been looking on the internet for a setup of it, but still am struggling on how it is setup still =/. i need to also know what values are given to components and how it is figured out but dont know how to do it.

I have a bunch of these being used for speed sensors, wired like this:

But I'm using 220 instead of 270.
