Zilog Z16F MCU for FREE

If anybody can use this then I'd be happy to mail it to you. I ordered a sample and realized that I don't have the proper tools to program this thing. =P
Anyways, if you have the stuff for programming relatively new zilog processors then it's yours. It's 16 bit with all kinds of bells and whistles so it's a shame they made them so hard to work with.
