can i use visual basic 6 for software programming?

also how can i transfer the program to the microcontroler and what commands i must use for the servos led etc.?

I don't know of any microprocessors that have use visual basic. There are some that use regular basic without the visual. You might look into BASCOM. You should be able to download a trial version to check it out. If memory serves it is fully functional but you are limited by program size.
