Baby Monitors?

I am afraid it’s an urge for me to have a baby monitor
my rooms are upstairs main,and my baby usually sleep on upstairs, but I like reading outside in summer time,so it is really a pain for me to go in and out,up and down evey 15—30mints to see her whether she is sleeping well.
