Okay...So imagine two servos inside a small tire with a PC board on shock absorber. Add a frame, correct circuitry, and you're done with the rolling down the stairs part.For turning, find a way to shift the weight of your starwars-esque cruiser so that a servo-less small wheel hanging off each side will contact the ground and act as a pivoting point.
